After searching through countless web pages filled with terrifying posts about bad car shipping experiences and being inundated with emails and calls from many, many transporters, I settled on AmeriFreight based on the reviews. That being said, I still entered into my communications with them with some misgivings about what seemed to be an industry-wide lack of honesty and reliability. In the end, I couldn't have been happier with the experience! I worked with Shanda to get a car from Oklahoma City to my son in Arizona and she was great. She was kind, personable and professional and almost immediately got us lined up with a great driver who communicated with us throughout the process. He picked up right on time and got the car delivered all of the way to Arizona in less than 24 hours. We told our son that he would have to line up transportation to school and work for at least a week, and in the end, he had his car the next day. Thank you Shanda. Don't know who reads these reviews, but you were great!
