The one thing I would say this company strives for is customer service. It was awesome to deal with them. They would pickup their phone promptly and were able to answer any questions I had right there and then. Additionally their chat system on their site is very helpful. Everything was very straight ant to the point. Pickup was within the range they specified (3-4 days) and transit 8 days. It was a cross-country trip from California to Florida so I thought it was on time. Whenever I had a question or wanted to check on the estimated delivery of the vehicle, it was very easy to contact AmeriFreight and ask for the status.
Overall their customer service is top notch, I would definitely use them again if I buy another car out of town. I will be recommending them to friends.
