Hello - My order number was 1501649778-IY for shipping my car from Boston to Seattle.
I have no issues in recommending Amerifreight and Samantha Smith for any prospective customers trying to ship their car. Honestly, this process is a little bit confusing but Samantha was kind enough to explain me the whole process of how this business works. She was very transparent and kept me in loop at every stage of the process.
I had very tight timeframe for getting my car picked up. Samantha worked out some logistical magic to get my car picked up in the next 2 days of me confirming their business. My carrier was IK transportation. The carrier came on time for pickup, the delivery was delayed for couple of days as the truck broke down near Seattle. But the carrier kept me in loop regarding the ETA everyday which I really appreciate. The car came home without a scratch which was awesome.
So overall it was a very positive experience and wont hesitate to recommend or use Amerifreight again.
