This is 2nd time we've used AmeriFreight for our car transporting needs and we would use them again. Our agent Samantha Smith was excellent in guiding me through the process, promptly responding to my inquiries, and keeping me informed along the way. My only criticism concerns the company as a whole and is the sticker shock of some of the offers compared to the initial quote received. I think it would be helpful to adjust the initial quote to more realistically represent the likely offers. In both my experiences, our accepted offer ended up being a couple hundred dollars more than the initial quote.
