After looking around at several transport companies I decided to go with AmeriFreight due to the great reputation. The customer service staff was courteous and easy to deal. Communication however felt a bit lacking at times. I found myself waiting several days and then having to call or e-mail the staff just to get an update on the status of finding a carrier. Over the course of the process I also found myself in communication with several different people. Trying to figure out who the right person to talk to at times was difficult. Overall my experience was good and the car was delivered without any scratches or dents. The car was quite filthy however and the interior was marked with lots of dirt scuff left by the driver.
