Perfect except for the raised price

Their service was perfect except for the price that went up 26%. I understand that the offered price at the beginning was not guaranteed but it should be around within 10% range of increase in common sense. For a customer's stand point, 26% raised price is too much, but usually customer has no choice but to choose what they offered because the car should go. It was not allowed double booking at the beginning so there is no way to compare with other companies. But the service they provided was excellent.

The rate selected by this customer was an economy rate recommended for customers who have no time constraints, in order to find our customer the best price possible. We provide each customer with all available offers from carriers so that they may select the best option for their auto shipment budget. This customer accepted the first offer that came in from a carrier. While this rate was very competitive for the particular route, it is always ultimately the customer's choice to either agree to the price offered or wait so that they may compare other offers. We hope that this customer will give us a chance to provide them with excellent service should they need to ship a vehicle in the future.
