I had a GREAT experience working with AmeriFreight to ship my car. I received exceptional customer service from Richard Jernigan as my agent. it was my first time shipping a car, and he was very thorough. I called him many times and asked him so many questions (like I said, it was the first time shipping my car halfway across the country) and he answered each question patiently, he was super nice, friendly and respectful throughout the process. I will definitely recommend AmeriFreight. Richard also chose a great carrier for me, the driver's name was Sergio, and he also was a great person to work with. both Richard and Sergio were available to my phone calls throughout the process! the process went smoothly and I will definitely use AmeriFreight again in the future if I need to transfer a car.
