We are sorry that this customer's experience was not as expected. Our customers are provided with several shipping rates when an estimate is requested, depending on certain factors such as time constraints. This customer selected our Economy rate which is meant for shippers who have a more open shipment window. Many of our customers are able to receive significant discounts using this rate. An order is never dispatched prior to a customer's review and agreement to work with the carrier's offer.
