You’re not supposed to put personal items in the car when you ship it, but we trust AmeriFreight so much we put our crystal in the vehicle! The best we have ever dealt with, and we have shipped cars dozens of times. Our service rep Nicole was excellent; she communicated clearly and efficiently and helped us determine exactly what we wanted in a carrier. The carrier she got was checked for their record, ratings and insurance, and did a much better job than any carrier we have used in the past. They also communicated well, told us exactly when they’d pick up and deliver and were actually early versus the contract commitment. The vehicle arrived in perfect condition, the drivers were pleasant and helpful. Excellent experience. Contract number 1501628669-TB.
