Right out the gate, Samantha blew me away with her customer service. I was worried about shipping my Scion, but she assuaged my anxieties by thoughtfully and thoroughly explaining the entire process. At that point, choosing AmeriFreight was a no-brainer. Samantha followed up with me at every step of the process, and she found a carrier for my car that was within my price range and could pick up at the perfect time. I truly trusted AmeriFreight from beginning to end. I did, however, have issues with the carrier (RVCS), who was uncommunicative and late at every step along the way, but that's no fault of AmeriFreight. In fact, Samantha took careful notes and seemed to sincerely care about my experience—and about ensuring it didn't happen to other customers in the future.
