When initially spoke with a representative I was walked through the procedure one step at a time which made me feel comfortable. They were the go-between for myself and the carriers and I was given the choice to accept or refuse a carrier as I chose. I was kept well informed of the carrier's pick-up schedule and was able to talk to the driver about the delivery location and the approximate day and time. I was overall quite pleased.
