The service provided by AmeriFreight was professional and efficient. Our agent Richard Jernigan went above and beyond great customer service. We would definitely use their services again and recommend the company to family and friends.
This was the first time that we shipped a vehicle and the process seemed daunting. After requesting several quotes online and spending several days checking the potential providers’ credentials and reviews on several sites, we chose AmeriFreight. It was not the least expensive quote we received but they have more than a decade of experience and excellent reviews, which gave us confidence. Additionally, they handled the whole process with great customer service from the first time we reached out. Our agent and driver were always polite, informative and reassuring. We shipped our car from TX to AZ. For our surprise, our car was picked up by a carrier within minutes after talking over the phone with Richard one Monday morning and that very same afternoon, I was handing the car over to the truck driver. My car arrived 3 days later to Phoenix with no incidents. We appreciate that Richard and the driver kept the communication open all along the process until the delivery.
