After purchasing my custom made Tesla model S, I needed it transported to another state. After calling several brokers, I decided to go with Amerifreight. They were never degrading or demeaning over the phone unlike many of the other places I called. I worked with Nicole who was amazing from the very beginning. She was extremely patient as I asked her a multitude of questions prior to even starting the process with Amerifreight. She gave me her direct work number and checked in with me regularly via email and phone to ensure I always knew what was going on. The final cost and delivery/pick up process was 100% transparent once my bid was picked up by the carrier. Although, it was fairly clear beforehand what the process was going to be. I worked with Matthew from Foremost Transports. Matthew was extremely amiable and easy to work with. He gave me his direct number as well and checked in at appropriate intervals to inform me of where he was. Since I have not installed any protective paint film, I was concerned about rock chips from highway travel, but Matthew took the upmost care of my brand new vehicle during transport. My Tesla arrived without a single scratch. Absolutely no damage whatsoever! The support, reassurance and clarity throughout the entire process from both Amerifreight and Foremost Transport was exemplary. I recommend working with both Nicole and Matthew in the transport of your high dollar vehicle (or any vehicle at that matter).
