Nicole walked me through every step of a quick move across the country. She even found a low quite and a carrier the same day I called and she was attentive and helpful theoughot the process. She even reached out to my company to help expedite the credit card process since they paid for the shipping and their payment process was a bit tricky. She navigated everything in an extrmely professional, empathetic, caring and helpful way. The company that they contracted was represented by the nicest guy named Andrew. He showed up and immediately got to work, and loaded my car in a summer thunderstorm. He was very communicative and helpful and delivered my car within 2 hours of me landing from my flight and was earlier than promised. My car was in the exact same condition as when we laded it and Andrew took extreme car to make sure it was examined before and after loading. He was simply wonderful at his job. I have read many horror stories online of other shipping companies and I rarely leave reviews (even though I use them all the time to inform my online buying decisions). I wouldn’t hesitate to use these guys again for anyone. They’re the real deal.
