Amerifreight delivered on a smooth & what I would rate as a very reliable service for getting my car safely from CA to FL. A key to all of this was the excellent customer service provided by Nicole. She was a calm and steadying element in providing answers to my initial questions and follow up throughout the process. She smoothly handled one hick-up during the booking process that was not of her doing. Her demeanor, professionalism and composure in handling my concern was a stand out during my engagement with Ameritrade. She set an example for customer service. Also, Chris who drove the transport was great. He stayed in contact with me and delivered my car without a flaw.
