This was the first time i've shipped a car. Picked this co based on BBB review.
H. Davis was very professional and explain all aspects of the shipping. Before proceeding he did explain the fact that the final price would increase slightly. While it did increase more than expected i'm fine with it since everything went so smooth.
Driver also gave accurate estimates for pickup and delivery.
The only "drag" was the so-called "review" process. Although polite, u will receive emails, and phone calls to complete this review. There are "required" fields. There are even mandatory minimums on review lengths. Also the review process "died" on me the first time and i had to redo.
