Pros: Agent Samantha Smith did a excellent job communicating with me. The driver Murod from the company that transported my car from Virginia to California did an excellent job getting the car to me in 5 days with no problems.
Cons: The price was $500 more than originally quoted. I now understand how this industry operates. Be prepared to pay far more than first quoted in order to get someone to take your car.
