We had an outstanding experience with Amerifreight as our broker. Our daughter's car was transported from Massachusetts to Oregon in mid January. We chose them because we thought that their excellent rating at transport reviews AND the "A" rating with Better Business Bureau couldn't be wrong. It's so important in this business to do your research. Amerifreight customer service and sales reps Amy and Chantell were personable and professional at all times. They explained the process in great detail about pickup, time in transport, and delivery place and time. THey anticipated many questions and when I asked others, they answered in full. I never felt rushed. They also explained how important their reputation is to them and that is why they use the best and most reputable of the actual carriers. It was expressed that Amerifreight would stand by their quote and agreement and go the extra mile, so to speak. If there ever would be a problem with a driver, or transport company, they would step into the process for us. It is NOT close the sale and goodbye. They stay with you, check in with you and make sure you're happy with the delivery of services. THis was a treat for us since our first attempt with another broker was not good. The other broker made the commitment to pick up the car not once but on 3 occasions. Not only did the drivers not show up, but they didn't even call to say they weren't coming. Good grief and goodbye. At Amerifreight our experience was that if they say they're going to do something, they do it on time and when and where they promise. Period. The car arriving dirty was just a fact of life in mid-January. The agreement we chose included an open carrier and it turns out my daughter's car was on the bottom tier of the carrier's rack. So we expected dirt from the highways in mid January. As for Amerifreight: Nothing wrong, everthing right. Thank you!!! Jane
