Allison Lucero was a wonderful representative to work with and she always followed up with a call. She was able to find a carrier for me in a couple of days and she made sure I was ok with the scheduled pick and delivery times. Once the truck driver showed the car was delivered, she called me to find out how everything went and I told her my husband did not receive the car yet. She called the carrier herself to find the status of the delivery. Once she made contact, she called me back to let me know the status. She was very pleasant and considerate of our situation, I would definitely work with her again.
