AmeriFreight quickly and smoothly delivered a car I purchased online. I was giving up on professional transport because enclosed carriers are pricey and the brokers I got estimates from for open transport seemed unreliable or even shady. But AmeriFrieght was confidence-inspiring and professional from the first contact. Danielle was assigned my job and provided outstanding customer service: tireless, effective and always available by phone or email. She quickly had bids from truckers for my shipment, effectively negotiated the price on my behalf--keeping within my budget--and kept open excellent lines of communication through the process. The car was collected the day after Danielle and I first spoke and delivered precisely at the promised time despite mechanical issues with the trailer. A trainee who once or twice answered the phone while she was on the other line was also extremely motivated and helpful so it seems that AmeriFreight as a whole has a productive, friendly company culture. Two things to keep in mind: they are only brokers, so your actual experience will depend on the carrier you contract with; and quoted rates are only estimates--they can go up, or down with effective negotiation, so be prepared for and comfortable with some back and forth on pricing. But Danielle is an open and honest agent to work with on the process towards managing a successful outcome.
