While Harry Davis was pleasant and helpful to work with, the vehicle was picked up 5 days after the requested pick-up date and was delivered on the last possible day it could have been, per the contract (10 days later). While Harry did explain the risks of the economy rate to me, the cost was significantly higher than anticipated and the delivery time was longer as well. In the end, the vehicle was delivered with no damages.
