Danielle at AmeriFreight was wonderfully patient with all my questions and anxiety. Things went without a hitch. The carrier contact and driver were both responsive and patient as well. It was a bit disconcerting to have the car arrive early as I had just returned from a trip and was leaving for another one so thankfully they caught me when I was here. I did mentioned this could work but was not expecting it. Anyway, this isn't so much a complaint as a reminder to really clear about your pick up and drop off dates. Danielle and the driver were very responsive and stayed in great touch so I was able to make it work. I would use AmeriFreight again. Payment was clear and easy and the price was the price was the price. My car arrived safe and sound and the driver walked through the car condition with me. The car was dirty but it had just crossed the country in the winter so that makes sense to me. Thank you for the great service.
