I've had mixed experiences with auto transport before, so using Amerifreight was a very nice change. From my initial contact through all the stages of completing my order, the people at Amerifreight were friendly, responsive, and came across as knowledgeable about their business.

I originally selected their "middle tier" of service since I wanted fast pick-up of the vehicle, but when they found a carrier who was prepared to do fast pick-up anyway, they encouraged me to use their cheaper option. I was amazed! There was no reason, other than good ethics, for them to do this.

Unfortunately the pick-up was 4 days later than they had originally promised. However the pick-up was still within the timeframe of the service level I paid for. This was disappointing, but not entirely unexpected. People using a broker such as AmeriFreight need to know that the transporter always presents some unpredictable variables. However this wasn't a big issue for me, and I'm confident that I could have gotten in touch with AmeriFreight and increased my level of service, and received almost immediate pick-up from another carrier.

Overall, I had a very good experience with AmeriFreight. My experience in dealing with them directly, and receiving very personal and competent service, would make me confident in using them again.
