I did a lot of research before shipping my car and what I came up with was that there's no good choice in this industry. I didn't have a bad experience, but I didn't have a great experience either. I went with AmeriFreight because they gave me the cheapest quote and because Danielle was very friendly and easy to get in contact with. However, as soon as I agreed to use them, my price increased by about $400. I had a seen a lot of reviews saying similar things for all car shipping companies, so I was expecting this. In terms of customer service, Danielle was great. I was set up with a carrier in a timely manner and everything went according to plan with no issues. I picked up my car in California on the day we agreed upon. The carriers both at pickup and dropoff were very friendly and professional. I was missing an auxiliary cord that I know I left in the car for shipment. It wasn't too concerning for me as it is a replaceable item but it does make me glad I didn't leave something more valuable inside. There's really no right choice in this industry - just hope for the best.
