The deposit and pickup process was straight-forward and fairly easy with AmeriFreight. The carrier, Spectrum Auto, picked up my car on time and was professional. When my car didn't show up in 2 weeks I called Spectrum. They stated the truck had been impounded in Ohio and that the delivery was going to be delayed by at least a week. The delay put the delivery of the car during Thanksgiving and Spectrum was unable to deliver the week after Thanksgiving so I had to wire money to my friend that was in town to have him pick up my car during Thanksgiving as I was out of town. The process was ok but I had to call Spectrum and AmeriFreight to find out the truck had been impounded and delayed. Overall I was only without a car for about 22 days. The price was reasonable and I would probably use the services again.
