This was my first time transporting a car. I appreciated that Ben at Amerifreight took the time to explain the process to me and did not pester me with cold calls after my initiate request for quote (like other brokers did). Once I decided to engage with Amerifreight I found the process easy to follow and the communication was good. Initial cost quote was lower than other brokers but actual cost was higher, and more in line with the other quotes. I did have communication problems with the transporter of the car, which makes me question what kind of vetting Amerifreight performs on the transporter they are lining up for you. Bottom line though is that the car was received and only 1 day late. If you can stay flexible the process will work.
