The incompetent customer service persons who are only available when it suits them. Are extremely childish, overbearing and full of attitude. That said lets describe for you how if you don't play long to get along these pathetic ineffectual's will refuse you service.
Previously i had never shipped my vehicle before. I did some looking around online and read reviews for this business that connects you to a driver, at consumer affairs. I called more then a month before i had planned to move to another state. I can tell you that every effort was made by amerifreight to cause confusion, hardship, stress and confrontation by both employees i attempted to work with. This all while attempting to obtain more information about this company, its practices and level of customer service.

So i call a month before the first date of availability. To see how long it would take for my vehicle to go from here to there. First off all they had were estimates and no level of experience to recall or rely on for how long this would be. Seems clear that the driver is the one to ask and that the estimates given are rather hear say. Attempting to obtain more information was met with hostility, unwillingness to provide information without direct and informed questions. Like "How long does it take to get there?" replay, It takes nearly a week and no suggestions of how long when you live in the middle of the country. Further more while attempting to book my shipment. It was clear that while i had questions and were concise in addressing them. That at times working with Graham Turner. He was unable to comprehend the questions asked of him. Also this business is open till 10pm at night to take your calls. However it took two days for me to get a reply. Further more after sending my request online and having questions. After not getting a call back. When i decided to call my service person. It was not answered. Calling the head office was meet with more attitude. By Henry, or Harry. IDK as i hear henry and they seem to want to make a name game of it.  With an attitude that i wouldn't be shipping right a way: So why do i need to speak with or even receive prompt or courteous service. After informing the head office of a lack of a fallow up. I was place in contact with G.Turner. Speaking with him imparted the notion that he doesn't seem to have time for his job and he seemed rather forced upon for taking my call. This guy has a blasé attitude and his lack of insight with his professions multiple years of experience seem to not make up for that- lacking. Also questions addressed to him went completely ignored. During personally chatting with him after receiving what little and half ass'ed information that i could.

After booking my shipment sometime ago. It was three days till the first date of availability for pick up. I still had not heard anything during that time to suggest when i would be contacted to arrange final shipment details. So i sent a email requesting a update. I didn't receive a reply back. I got a phone call instead. Wherein which Gramhan ignored my questions from the email. Left a message stating that if i want answers i would have to call. My questions were not answered by Gramh. Amerifreight does bad Business. When it became clear to me that G.Turner. Doesn't value his job, nor does he provide a working customer service. I attempted to locate another hired help to assist me. I call the head office again. Got some lady who has a offal accent. Whom heard what i had to say about G.Turner. His unwillingness to respond to communicates, the hassle and attitude. Of which i might add. He is not the owner/boss so has in any event no seniority or right to act like a hard!@#. Getting connected with the office. A female answered the phone and while my concerns were heard. There was no answers, nor desire to correct my occurance's. She claimed after receiving my complainant and request for new assistance(someone else who is respectable). I was placed on hold and told Little Ally would need to speak with her manager. So even though i told it that i was having a confrontation with another employee. I was then put through and had to speak with that ignorant jerk yet again. After making it clear in no uncertain terms to G.Turner that he is a incompetent ineffectual. I was put back on the phone with another Female. Who was Ally Jones. Seemed to go pretty, except for the fact that i was talked over when i was speaking or "Spoke up"- repeatedly.  So there wasn't much of dialoged between us. As i was repeatedly asking questions. Also all the while offering my complaint. Of which it was only listened to not done anything about for me. Having got a new representative I was reissued a new contract. Had go through the process of reviewing these documents and esigning one item. Was quoted the same price. However thats were normacny left off. Speaking with her i found that it was believed that previously i hadn't completed those documents and were in a sense lost. They claimed to be operating without all the necessary documents. Turns out she just needed to look more closely.. Further more details about my shipment changed from one ineffectual to another. Price to be paid to driver for instance. Speaking with Ally was full of contradictions and seemed rather like the two of us weren't conducting business but playing house over the phone. After having gone through all of this three days before they were required to pick up my vehicle. It seemed well enough in hand after that. So after completing a new contract with only two days to go. Figured all set, minus any forth coming frustration with the driver and filling out the bill of lauding. So the very next day after having communicated to these punk !@#$%. I get a call informing me a day early that there ready to pick up my vehicle... Really? Great so that have the details right?Nope. Just wanted to touch bases and see if i am okay with that. I might had been more agreeable if they weren't such aggravating nits. But when i gave my call back after receiving two phone calls during the nine am hour. They had no further information. Can i know the first name of the driver? So that i can decide if i approve or accept this shipping company. Because i do have a right to verify that the driver isn't a ex-con wetback bastard, to review his shipping history, vilify his qualifications. I told Ally that i want to make sure that it is a person i can work with. Seeing how it was barely possible to set up my shipment. Amerifrieght refused to provide even a first name of the driver. Let alone any other factual information about his person, company, truck, or location of origin. I wasn't about to hire a Mexican and trust that with any more of my property. Thank you very much. Surfeit to say even after offering a explanation and relating to she how troubling, bothersome and aggravating it is to have to work with or hire persons before i see or even know anything else about them. Aly had a mental break down and was unable to continue the conversation and i think her sheltered little life may have been upset. As these pathetic, incompetent, ineffectual. Bitchs canceled my order.

After receiving a quote, this person demanded to only work with white people. Amerifreight does not condone such racist behavior from anyone, even a potential client. After our Customer Service Agent dealt with a profanity and racist remark filled phone call from this person, we decided to no longer move forward in assisting them with their auto shipment.
