I made sure to ask all the right questions that would protect my own interest. The Rep answered all my questions to make me comfortable. The last thing I said, was that I would send them an email confirming the nature of our discussion. I sent in the email in simple bulletin points, and that was the last time my phone calls returned and all emails ignored. My car is now going on a week not picked up, and I will presume they forgot about me. This AFTER I provided them with all my credit card information. Moral of this story, these Reps can talk a big game, but ask them to put it in writing and they run for cover. Make sure to protect your interest by confirming your discussion!

This customer was asking us to re-write portions of our standard terms/conditions. We do our best to accommodate individual needs, but cannot commit to anything that is outside the standard terms and conditions. Our terms/conditions stand 'as is' and are presented to all customers. The customer also chose the economy rate...this is our standby rate in which it can take an estimated 1 to 7 business days to get the vehicle picked up. The customer is only on the 5th business day. This order is still being worked on daily by our dispatch team to get it moved. As stated in our terms/conditions, should Noy desire to cancel his order, he will receive a complete refund of his deposit.
