This was my first time using an auto transport company. I researched companies for 2 weeks before I made a decision. I found that Amerifreight had really good reviews on the BBB website (A+) as well as Consumer Affairs. I had a very good experience. I sent my request on Sunday June 25, 2017 and I recieved a quote the next morning. A couple hours later I talked to Ali Jones and she indicated that they had 2 carriers would take the assignment. One carrier was available the same day and other the next day. I accepted the same day pick up. Ali was great. She emailed me the contract, accepted the deposit over the phone, and sent me an email with the details of the driver. The driver called me within a hour and told me that he was in route. We met at Big Lots parking lot and he did an inspection of the car before hook up. He told me 2 days and he made it in two days as promised. The driver was very polite and called me to keep me posted. I would definitely do business with Amerifreight in the future. In fact I have already referred them to family & friends. Overall I had an excellent experience! A+++
