Mr. Turner and I have worked together for about a decade and he continues to deliver excellence in price, communication, and flexibility. He is a known quantity and I seek him out anytime I have to ship a vehicle. This particular shipment had several complications involving the actual vehicle, pick-up location, and delivery location that Graham helped me negotiate.
The truck driver arrived the day initially communicated. The truck driver arrived several days before the anticipated date. (In my experience this is a positive thing and generally a given.) Communication with the driver and the driver's dispatcher was excellent.
I will be moving again in the future and will likely have to ship another vehicle. I will seek Graham and Amerifreight when that time comes without hesitation.
