Ali was very helpful and informative throughout the whole process. She promptly called to inform me about one day delay of the truck arrival, to pick up my car. Nick, the driver of the truck, was also very helpful. He did give me a call before coming by to drop my car off, but wished that I could've gotten an update with the ETA, a day before arrival.
