Ali Jones was wonderful to work with, she was professional, prompt in answering any questions and emails I had, and helped make the experience positive. We were hoping the quoted price of $725.00 was accurate, but the carrier would not do it for less than $1303.00. I guess if we had been willing to wait additional time, maybe that quoted price could have been more accurate. I would like to add though that the dispatcher of the carrier should be contacting the customer, it should not have to be the customer making repeated calls about the status of the vehicle in transit. The pickup and drop off dates and times need to work for both parties as well. These are just a few recommendations for a smoother transition for customers. Overall I did trust and would recommend AmeriFreight.
