Car was picked up on the exact day on needed it picked up. Paid for first class service to ensure car was picked up timely as I had a plane to catch. There was a little issue getting a car carrier to come up to Maine on that date so I did end up paying 25% more to make that happen - but you get what you pay for. i wanted good service and got it - but paid for it. overall customer service from Amerifreight was good with good follow up. Car carrier also very courteous polite and was on time and delivered on time with absolutely no damage to the car. Would use same company again.
