Ali Jones was an excellent agent to work with at AmeriFreight. Working with her felt like working with a friend. She guided me through the process of shipping my car cross country and gave honest recommendations about which bids to take and what the costs might be. She was also very accommodating of my odd moving schedule. Ali definitely deserves a five star review. The only issue I had, which was not Ali's fault, was with the auto shippers, TransAuto, themselves. There seemed to be a lack of communication of my pick up desires between the managers and the drivers. Overall, it was extremely helpful to have a friendly agent like Ali to work with during a stressful time of moving.
