This was the second time that we shipped a vehicle through Amerifreight and both experiences have been nothing but positive. Amerifreight's customer service is excellent. When you call, a real person (rather than an automated recording) answers the phone. The people answering the phone are friendly, helpful, and always put us at ease. Things proceeded exactly as they were described in our first conversation (e.g., the range of pick-up and drop off dates, timeline for assigning us to a carrier, etc.). In addition, they were great about being in frequent contact during the process of assigning us to a carrier. We had an excellent experience with Amerifreight and recommend them enthusiastically.
