I am moderately satisfied with the service I received. I tried to plan the transport about a month in advance of my move to avoid any problems. However, my move day came and went without any carrier located. I also had to raise the price $300 over what was originally suggested and agreed upon by the company to locate a carrier. Finally, when the carrier arrived with my car they would not deliver as promised because the transaction was not COD. I had to remind them multiple times that payment was arranged through Amerifrieght. Finally, when the carrier did not show up with my car as arranged and stopped answering their phone I was unable to contact my service rep. The phone system was designed so it hung up on me rather then let me leave a message. I was on my own to ensure the carrier delivered and then to make sure they didn't try to double collect payment (again).
