Overall everything was fine. The car arrived earlier than expected and the driver was great.

Correspondence was a little stressful. The phone messages and emails about the vehicle pick up didn't always make sense. They didn't match the dates that we had listed when we set up our order and they didn't match the number of days to arrival. It was always cleared up when we called.
