I would like to comment on the customer service I received from my assigned customer service representative Rick Morris at AmeriFreight: (1-877 719-0916 r.morris@amerifreight.net). Rick was with me every step of the way! He made the process so much easier for me. I shipped my vehicle essentially coast to coast so I can't tell you how much stress was lifted by working with Rick. He not only made sure I had a carrier at a decent time and rate, he was also very involved in the entire process, to make sure I was taken care of. The vehicle carrier was also very easy to work with and the only reason the vehicle was dirty upon arrival was due to a dessert sand storm last minute. My delivery was even early which was so great!! I am very satisfied with AmeriFreight and would recommend them to anyone wanting to ship their vehicle.
