First of all, ali Jones was a delight to deal with the entire time. She promptly returned all my calls and answered all my questions. If I had to complain about anything it would be that they were unable to get my truck transported for the amount they quoted me. But, this process was explained very clearly in the first phone call I had with Ali. So I knew what to expect from the start. In the end, the cost was right in line with my other three offers. I always the option to take the deal or not. So I can recommend Amerifrieght highly.
