Received several quotes from A rating companies on Angies List. Ameri Freight offered a fair price and once I agreed was in communication routinely. They found a carrier bur cancelled him after they found out his insurance expired so BRAVO to them for looking out for me, the customer. They have excellent and honest customer service and I would use them again.
Another carrier confirmed pretty quickly with a great price. While out of the control of the broker, my truck arrived with 15 minute notice for me to meet him. Pouring rain and as he is unstrapping the truck, he tells me I need to back it off. Terrifying as I had 2 inches on either side to get down the ramp or topple my truck down 10 ft and crush me. Scariest thing I ever did!!! So while the broker was great, the carrier put me in jeopardy. I've had many cars delivered and have never had to back it off the truck. Still shaking...
