Amerifreight was very communicative and followed up. Carrier had a legitimate mechanical issue. Actually had to purchase a new car carrier trailer. (So my car arrived on the back of a shinny new car carrier) Carrier (Cars, Inc) were also very communicative, followed up and did everything right. Overall a good experience.
