When I first engaged my Broker representing AmeriFreight, I had already spent a great deal of time researching various shippers.There were allot of options and everyone had their own way of claiming to be the best. It was a task to choose, so I had reservations as to how smoothly the process would play out. I liked what I saw on the AmeriFreight website, so I requested a quote from the Rep who answered my phone inquiry. Rick Morris. He was very helpful in walking me through the process and patient in addressing my concerns. He was able to find a trucker within a couple of days, who would be available to pick up my vehicle on short notice, for a reasonable fee, considering the time frame I was hoping for. From the time I accepted the terms, I received the vehicle safe and sound, only four days had passed. Outstanding.
