After dealing with a couple other companies that would not contact me back and never answered any questions directly after placing my order. Ali Jones was a breath of fresh air! She was extremely helpful, straight to the point, and HONEST! She took the time to explain the whole process and gave me an exact timeline of each step. I did not have to wait around wondering if anything was being done like with the other companies. As soon as a driver and truck were found (which was within the 7-10 day timeline) to transport my car, Ali sent me all the driver's information. The driver then called and set up a pick up time and arrived within 30 minutes of that time. The drop off went very smoothly as well. My car even arrived earlier than estimated. My car was dirty, but it traveled across the country on an open carrier so it was to be expected. After both pick up and delivery, I received phone calls from Ali just to check on how everything went. Compared to the other companies I dealt with, AmeriFreight far exceed my expectations and made my first car transport experience an excellent, stress free experience. I will most definitely be using AmeriFreight for any of my future car transports.
