This was my first experience shipping a car, and it was a cross-country shipment. Even so, Ali was very careful to keep in contact with me every step of the way, explained clearly what the charges were as they were accrued, and was easy to get in touch with within 24 hours unlike the other shipment companies I tried to contact. Overall this was a very positive experience!
