Going into this, I really didn't know what to expect. I read reviews and researched a lot of different companies before selecting AmeriFreight. The experience was outstanding from the start. Ali was extremely knowledgeable and provided step-by-step information as to how the process worked. She gave me a level of comfort that I was making the right choice but did not push. The transportation company that was selected did an outstanding job in working with me to address any concerns I had and worked with me to arrange the pick up and delivery locations that worked best for me.Overall, I could not have been more pleased with the experience. Everyone involved did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. I was kept informed throughout the entire process and at no time did I have any reason to be concerned. Now that I have experienced this level of service, I am confident that I will come back the next time I need to transport a vehicle.
