Jorge was very helpful in this process that I was unfamiliar with. He talked me through all the steps. I was able to pay everything with my credit card which was a tremendous help for me since I had a friend sending off the car. Be aware if you are shipping a car overseas. No one calls you to tell you it has arrived. we had the use of someone's car so it was not an issue for us and it was not Amerifrieght at this point, but It was Matson. Good company to ship with.
