I had a vehicle that was in AZ and needed to be shipped to IllInois. I first went to Direct Express to ship my car as they has 5 star rating on google. They gave me a affordable rate and told me that it usually take 2 days to get a carrier to pick the car up. Well after 7 days my car was not picked up and the company gave me no solutions. So i went back to the internet and found Amerifreight, who also had a 5 star rating. After doing a instant quote i received an email from my customer service rep named Graham Turner. He started off, just listening to my frustration about the last company and then he patiently informed me of how this process worked. This information should have been told to me by Direct Express but was not. Then then assured me that he would be with me every step of the way and if i had any questions or concerns to feel free to call him. I took him up on that several times and each time he answered all my questions. Within 2 days he found me a carrier and finally got my car moved. I am so happy i decided to move Amerifreight and i highly recommend this company who wants great customer service.
