Damaged Muffler

The actual company was good, they had a decent price and found someone to move the cars right on schedule. They did say that it would take from 3-5 business days for our vehicles to get to us. However when the company came to pick up they made us aware the vehicles would be there the very next morning. This was a problem because our flight left the morning after. ( you pay the company a certain amount, then you pay the car movers seperate) of course we would not be there to pay them, so we had to pay them in advance. The called and let us know the next day the vehicles were there, when we got there the next morning my husbands car was fine, but one of my mufflers were hanging down off of the van. The company said we would have to take it up with the car movers and the car movers is not an actual company... just two brothers with a flatbed. On top of the money I put out to move the cars I had to go get a new muffler. Wasn't the greatest experience, unfortunately for some military families it's something we have to do every 3-4 years. ( just have to cross your fingers and hope for the best)
