Unfortunately, we live in a city that is not traversed often, so the pick-up date kept getting postponed due to the lack of a transporter. We had to pay a little extra than what was quoted in order to motivate a transporter to include our city in their stop. However, customer service actually added some of their own money as well. Very friendly and honest! All in all, the service/experience was positive. If your in a large city or one that is used often by commuters, I don't think you'll have any problems. I would definately use them again in the future because of their honesty and effort to keep us informed at all times.
