The driver deserves 5 stars for his speedy delivery of my car. He arrived one day earlier than I anticipated. Upon delivery, my car was in great condition, no evidence of any damage. However, the stress I experienced related to the actual pickup. I was informed that it's very rare for any transport company to pick up vehicles in New Mexico, especially in rural areas. This information came to me after I had made arrangements with AmeriFreight to pick up my car. Since it looked nearly impossible to have my car picked up and delivered, I then shopped around to see if any other company picked up in rural New Mexico. I did find another company willing to pick up my car, within 5 business days, but they asked me to cancel with AmeriFreight first. I cancelled with AmeriFreight, set to have my car delivered by the competitor. Within hours of cancelling with AmeriFreight, the representative called me and told me one of her trucks could pick my car up within 24 hours, for an additional $300. Since I wanted my car ASAP, I agreed to this increased cost, cancelled with the competitor, and waited the few days until my car was delivered. I gave AmeriFreight a 4 star rating because of the vague explanation of their services. Five stars go to the driver, who did a fantastic job!
